Besides classes for individuals, we provide the training, materials, and ongoing mentoring to enable any community of Christ-followers to develop a life-changing, self-sustaining spiritual formation ministry.

First, Growing disciples
The best spiritual guides are those who are on the journey themselves. We'll guide your people through an intensive nine-month spiritual formation process called Theodyssey. The goal isn't information. It's transformation.
Next, Equipping leaders
Those who experience the transforming work of Jesus want to give it away. We mentor them—training, coaching and encouragement—in how to gather others in community to engage in whole life transformation. This includes small group dynamics, spiritual directions skills and how to facilitate the Theodyssey material.
Then, Self-sustaining spiritual formation culture
We help establish a self-sustaining spiritual formation ministry in your church, equipping your leadership team to recruit, train, strategize, organize, innovate and empower others.

THEODYSSEY CENTER FOR SPIRITUAL FORMATION
Located in San Jose, California, we provide an ever-growing schedule of classes, workshops, and retreats, as well as individual spiritual direction. Check our current schedule.
